Beautiful interior

Hotel de Villa is a well know building in the center of Dongen. Late 19th century Dongen was characterized by a large leather industry.There were at that time more than a hundred tanneries located in Dongen. The largest and richest entrepreneur in the leather industry built this villa. After the second world war it was no longer family property. The Villa served as town hall, bank building etc. At the end of last century, there was even a Chinese restaurant established in it.

In 2009 it was completely renovated for its current use, taking account of the authentic details. The same goes for the interior.Despite all the changes it has retained its characteristic appearance.
